Remember in algebra class? y = mx + b. Formula for a line.
They must work at the engineering firm next door.

This is cool. I thought of adding something like this to my site for just this reason. I love trying to figure out the license plates like this. But I would have never gotten it. And I think, I should post it on my site and see who can figure it out. Sometimes you just need a different pair of eyes, and sometimes you just need a geek. ;0)
